Met Éireann have issued a status yellow weather warning for rain and snow in Donegal on Wednesday, 18th February.
This warning is also valid for Leitrim and Sligo and will be in place from 2am until 2pm.
Met Eireann say rain will be heavy at times and turning to sleet or snow together with strengthening winds will lead poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
