It’s been another good day for Finn Valley’s Kay Byrne at the European Masters in Poland.
Byrne won silver in the W60 category in this morning’s 8km Cross Country and also helped Ireland to team bronze.
Torun has been a happy hunting ground for Kay who started the championships by taking bronze in the 5k road race last weekend.
