The wife of former DUP leader Jeffrey Donaldson’s been ruled unfit to stand trial in a historical sexual offences case – in which her husband’s a defendant.
59-year-old Eleanor Donaldson’s accused of aiding and abetting.
She’s now expected to face a trial of the facts, and cannot be criminally convicted.
The trial’s due to start next Tuesday.
Both deny the charges.
