Two men remain in Garda custody following the seizure of more than 230-thousand euro worth of cannabis herb in Galway city at the weekend.
The drugs were recovered during searches at a number of properties, as part of an investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in the region.
The men, aged in their 40s and 50s, can be held for up to seven days. They’re being detained at a Garda station in the North West Region.
