A West Donegal community activist has announced that he is to run in next years local elections.
Michael Mac Giolla Easbuig, who was heavily involved in the Cant Pay Wont Pay campaign, previously said he had no intentions of going into politics.
But he now says that he has been approached by a number of people locally asking to run in the elections next year.
