28-year-old arrested in Strabane in relation to dissident activity

Police investigating dissident republican terrorist activity have arrested a 28-year-old man in Strabane.
A number of houses in the Castlegrange area of town were searched yesterday evening.
A fortnight ago there were two pipe bombs found by police in town, which were believed to have been targeting officers.
It’s understood this arrest is in relation to those incidents.
The man has been taken to the serious crime suite at Antrim police station for questioning.
