An Independent Local Election candidate is calling on the people of Donegal to block Irish Water contractors from installing water meters.
Irish Water staff have again been prevented from installing metres by protestors at housing estates in Cork and Dublin this week.
Government Ministers have appealed to the public not to target contractors working for Irish Water asking for them to be treated with respect.
