Donegal’s Brendan Boyce has achieved the qualifying time for the 2016 Olympics.
Competing in Slovakia in the 50km walk, he set another new PB as he crossed the line in 3 hours, 48 minutes and 55 seconds.
He’ll be delighted to have got the time so early on this year and now the attention turns to the world athletics championships in Beijing in August.
