Donegal Ladies Win Playoff to Top Table

Donegal Ladies came from behind to pip Cavan by a point in the National League Division 2 Playoff in Irvinstown.
Donegal trailed Cavan by 6pts at Half Time, Donegal 1- 2  Cavan 1 – 8.
Two goals at the start of the second half from Niamh Hegarty and Amber Barrett saw Donegal draw level and two further goals from Katy Herron and Yvonne McMonagle put Donegal in the driving seat.
However, an Aisling Doonan penalty for Cavan left it a nervous finish for Davy McLaughlin’s ladies.
