A Ballybofey man has secured one of the top jobs in the IMPACT trade union.
Sean Reid has been ellected chair of the union’s Local Government Division.
Originally from Ballybofey and now living in Convoy Mr Reid has worked at Donegal County Council since 2001.
He says an increase in staff numbers at Donegal County Council will be one of his key priorities:
