Shay Given attended training with the Donegal senior team last night in Convoy.
The Lifford stopper trained with the county goalkeepers Paul Durcan and Michael Boyle and then took part in training games with the full squad.
With the soccer season in England finished Shay is currently back home on holiday’s, and he was delighted to take up the offer from goalkeeping coach Pat Shovlin and the Donegal management to attend a session.
After training Oisin Kelly spoke to Shay about his own future plans, the Republic of Ireland and Roy Keane’s possible move to Celtic.
But first he gave his reaction to being part of training with the Donegal players.
