Counting continues in Northern Ireland Elections

Counting continues in the Northern Ireland elections today.
Two of out of the six Stormount seats have been filled in Foyle, the DUP’s William Hay topped the poll with 18.4% of the vote. He was followed by Martina Anderson – elected with 17.9% of votes.
Mark H Durkan, Raymond McCartney,Pat Ramsey and Eamonn McCann would be favourites for the remaining seats.
In West Tyrone, Barry McElduff  and Pat Doherty of Sinn Fein were the poll toppers and have been elected – the party’s Michaela Boyle looks like she will secures a seat with the DUP’sThomas Buchanan polling third highest followed by the UUP’s Ross Hussey and Allan Bresland of the DUP
