The Derry branch of the Peacocks clothing chain is to close with the loss of ten jobs.
The closure comes as KPMG, joint administrators of Peacocks, yesterday announced the sale of the business to the Scottish retailer, Edinburgh Woolen Mill.
The deal will see the closure of 19 shops in Northern Ireland with the loss of more than 250 jobs.
But stores in Strabane and Omagh will remain open.
