Inquest opening into 2013 death of mother at Sligo Regional Hospital

An inquest into the death of a woman who died after giving birth at Sligo Regional Hospital is due to get underway today.
Sally Rowlette was 36-years-old when she gave birth to her fourth child in Feburary 2013. She passed away the following day.
According to an autopsy report, she died from HELLP syndrome, a form of pre-eclampsia.
Sally’s family say they need to know why she died.
