A Co Donegal man, who was filmed questioning Irish Water engineers in Lifford last week, says he was shocked by the whole situation.
Michael Mooney, who is a self-employed builder from Letterkenny, was videoed questioning the GMC Sierra workers who were installing water meters.
The video has went viral online, and has now been viewed over 370,000 times over the past week.
In the eleven minute clip, Mr Mooney asks the workmen a series of questions, and he says he was left shocked that they could answer none of them:
