Latest Donegal – Dublin air link being launched today

The new Donegal to Dublin air service is being launched by Transport Minister Pascal Donaghue at a function in Donegal Airport this afternoon.
This morning’s flight to Dublin was delayed for a time due to the weather conditions, but the airport are hopeful that the incoming flight from Dublin on which the minister is travelling will land as scheduled at lunchtime.
The Aer Lingus Regional flagged aircraft is operated by Stobart Air, and is supported by a PSO which was renewed last year.
Michael Mc Loone is Chair of the Donegal Airport Board, he says the direct connection with Aer Lingus is an important one……….
