There were some notable performances be north-west athletes at the cross-country trials in the Phoenix Park.
Anne Marie McGlynn of Letterkenny AC won the senior race with Teresa Doherty in third while in the masters, Natasha Adams and Fionnuala Diver were in the top three to get onto the Irish Masters team.
Kieran Doherty was 15th in the senior men’s event while Oisin Gallane was tenth in the junior race.
