The 10th count is continuing at the Aura Leisure Centre in Letterkenny, with Padraig Mac Lochlainn now 787 votes ahead of Thomas Pringle following the distribution of Pearse Doherty’s surplus.
The votes of Dessie Shiels are now being distributed, and members of the Pringle campaign tam had told us last night they did not want the gap to be any more than 400 at this point.
