Chloe Magee through to European Championship 3rd Rd

Chloe Magee will be back on court today at the European Badminton Championships in France.
The Raphoe Olympian won her second round match last night, beating Telma Santos from Portugal in straight sets 21-8 21-9.
Chloe will play the third seed from Denmark, Line Kjaerfeld in the third round later today.
She will also look to progress in the mixed doubles section with her brother Sam, they take on Mark Lamsfuss
and Isabel Herttrich from Germany.
There were defeats in the other games yesterday, Sam and Joshua Magee lost their men’s double tie in straight sets to Denmark’s pair Kim Astrup and Anders Skaarup an s cousin Rachel Darragh was in the womens doubles with Sara Boyle but they lost over three sets to a French pair.
