Donegal’s Brett McGinty has bowed out of the European Youth Boxing Championships in Russia out at the quarter-final stage.
He was beaten by Gurgen Madoyan of Armenia in the 69kg welterweight division.
Earlier today, Terry McEntee and Oliver McCarthyguaranteed Ireland at last two bronze medals as they came through their quarter-finals.
