There are 7 Donegal properties going under the hammer at the latest Allsop auction.
The auction is taking place on Thursday 30th June at the RDS Concert Hall, commencing at 9am with both residential and commerical properties in the county on offer on the day.
Highlights on the day will include a mixed-use development on Bakers Street in Ballyshannon comprising 10 apartments and 2 retail units.
Four of the apartments and one of the retail units are currently subject to tenancies with a rent of €21,320 per annum. This lot carries a reserve of €360,000.
The residential offering also includes a range of family homes across the county. Highlights include a detached four bedroom bungalow in Bruckless with a reserve of €85,000; an end of terrace four bedroom house in Culdaff with a reserve of €80,000; and a detached three bedroom bungalow in Clonmany reserved at €40,000.
On the commercial side, a public house known as the Tavern on William Street in Raphoe carries a reserve range of €75,000 – €85,000.
