Donegal ladies ran out comfortable winners over Galway to qualify for the league final, in Markievicz Park, Sligo, today.
Michael Naughton’s side went into the game as favourites – having beaten Galway already this year – and topping the division one table.
In the end it was comfortable victory for the ladies – who won by a final score of 5-10 – 1-7.
An inspired performance from Geraldine McLaughlin who bagged three of Donegal’s goals and also knocked over several frees.
The ladies go into the division one league final on the 7th of May for the first time in their history.
