The Irish National Flood Forum have reached out to communities in Donegal affected by flooding.
The move from the voluntary organisation founded by flood victims, for flood victims comes ahead of a major conference in Athlone on November 25th.
The organisation says it wants to build a community of resilience for those affected by flooding country-wide.
