SImon Coveney named as Tanaiste as Josepha Madigan joins cabinet

Foreign Affairs Minister Simon Coveney is the new Tanaiste.
Minister Heather Humphreys has been appointed Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, while MInister Josepha Madigan has been appointed to cabinet, and named Minister for Culture Heritage and Gaeltacht.
