Seanad told NPF must recognise the North West City Region

The Seanad has been told that the National Planning Framework must recognise the North West City Region, encompassing Donegal, Derry and Tyrone.
Senator Padraig Mac Lochlainn says with a population of half a million, the region has plans to reverse years of neglect, and those plans must be reflected and acted on in the Irish government’s development plan.
