An Aonad Gaeilge is being established at the Abbey Vocational School in Donegal Town this September.
Under the management of Donegal ETB, the school will cater for students who wish to be educated in an Irish medium environment. It will initially be offered up to Junior Cert level, with an ongoing review of the provision.
Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle, has welcomed the announcement and says it is important that local community support the Aonad Gaeilge to facilitate its growth…………
