The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is warning that clinics in Donegal this week are crucial in maintaining a healthy supply, as eastern clinics are set to be affected by the bad weather.
There are a number of clinics happening in the county with the first getting underway in Abbey Hotel in Donegal Town this evening at 6.30pm.
Operation Director with the Irish Blood Transfusion Service Paul McKinney says they are particularly looking for O negative.
