Sinn Féin say Dáil Motion will save Donegal’s Post Offices

 

The Government has been heavily criticised over the proposed closures of post offices around the country.
Almost 160 post offices have been threatened with closure nationwide after a deal was made between An Post and the Irish Postmasters Union.
Sinn Fein has tabled a motion which aims to save rural post offices.
The party says 732 post offices have been closed already under the Fianna Fáil government from 2000-2011.
