A Donegal Deputy has said the Minister for Agriculture Food and Marine is completely out of his depth in dealing with Marine Matters.
Deputy Pat the Cope Gallagher says it appears Minister Micheal Creed is still refusing to engage with either the marine sector or opposition members on drafting an acceptable replacement piece of legislation to deal with a Penalty Points system for serious fishing infringements, under the EU Common Fisheries Policy.
