
House prices across the country appear to be stabilising according to the latest Daft.ie report.
Prices in Donegal in the third quarter of 2018 were 1% higher than a year previously, compared to a rise of 2% seen a year ago.
The average house price in the county is now €144,000, 27% above its lowest point.
