A West Tyrone MLA is welcomed EU confirmation that insurance green cards will no longer be required for drivers from Northern Ireland when crossing the border.
Daniel McCrossan says motorists from the North will be able to drive throughout the South and the rest of the EU on foot of this week’s announcement from the commission.
He says this is a significant move for people in border towns like Castlederg and Strabane who cross the border on a daily basis…………
