Spider-Man star Tom Holland is taking a break from social media as it has become “detrimental” to his mental health.
He recorded a video describing Instagram and Twitter to be “over-stimulating” and “overwhelming”.
He went on to add that he struggles seeing and reading things about himself online so he will be taking a step back from the platforms.
