Liz Truss is expected to take over as the UK’s next leader of the Tory Party and as Prime Minister.
Polls show that Truss has a commanding lead, with many commentators considering her election a forgone conclusion.
Either Truss or Rishi Sunak will emerge victorious on Monday and take over from Boris Johnson.
