A 39 year old man charged with murder is due to appear before Strabane Magistrates Court today.
He faces charges relating to the murder of 47 year old Damien Heagney from Cookstown, whose remains were recovered from a reservoir in Cappagh on August 10th.
All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
