Gardaí have not ruled out the possibility that a fire at a derelict property in Convoy was started deliberately.
The blaze broke out at the property in the Main Street area at around 3:35am on Sunday morning.
Gardaí and the fire services attended the scene and the fire was brought under control.
Gardaí are appealing for information.
