A man and a woman aged in their 30s who were arrested by police in Derry on suspicion of assault following the report of a disturbance at a hotel in the Crescent Link area of the city on Thursday have been released from custody.
The man was issued with a Community Resolution Notice for resisting police and disorderly behaviour.
The woman was released unconditionally.
