A baby goat trapped at the top of a castle in Greencastle for four nights has been successfully rescued.
The alarm was raised by members of the local community over the weekend.
The goat was yesterday, rescued in a joint operation conducted by the Donegal Mountain Rescue Team and the ISPCA.
Animals in Need Donegal confirmed that the goat has a suspected fractured back leg and is receiving veterinary treatment.
