Taoiseach confirms there will be a cost-of-living package in next Budget

The Taoiseach has confirmed there will be a cost-of-living package this calendar year.

It had been speculated a number of one-off measures would be included as part of the Budget, with many being implemented before the start of 2025.

There is no suggestion on how big the package will be.
