A car has been seized after Gardai from Donegal Town observed the vehicle being driven by someone whom they knew to be disqualified.
When stopped yesterday evening, the banned driver produced a driving licence that was suspected to be fraudulent.
One of the front tyres of the car was also noted to be dangerously worn.
Gardai are asking motorists to never take risks on the roads and if you decide to drive with no insurance they say you will be taking a massive risk.
They’re also warning that if documents are falsified people will be found out.
