Finn Valley’s Mark English has booked his place in Sunday’s final of the men’s 800 metres at the European Indoor Championships in The Netherlands.
The Donegal native recorded a third place finish in his semi final to move on.
He won’t be joined by Cian McPhillips in the final after the Longford man failed to progress from his semi final.
English will chase a fifth Eurpean medal on Sunday.
