A Derry Councillor says there’s an urgent need for a review of traffic management in Glenowen and the Bywash.
Cllr Colly Kelly says the area, which is close to the Creggan Road, is very low on the Transport NI priority list for traffic calming measures, and he believes it should be higher.
He says there are now over 200 homes in the Glenowen area, and parents are very concerned for the safety of their children.
Cllr Kelly says the area hasn’t been assessed for over three years now, and it’s time it was looked at again………..
