Terror group responsible for Lyra McKee murder issue renewed apology

The terror group that killed journalist Lyra McKee in Derry has issued a renewed apology.
The 29-year-old was shot as she observed a riot in April.
The New IRA claims it has introduced what it calls “new measures” for members involved in carrying out future attacks.
