28 GP practices got over 750,000 each for treating medical card patients last year.
The highest earning surgery is run by Dr Anas Mansour in north-west Dublin, which got nearly 1.3 million.
GPs got a total of 788 million euro under the scheme last year – a 34 per cent increase on 2019.
