A Letterkenny Milford Municipal District Councillor is calling for co-operation between Donegal County Council and Irish Water regarding continual flooding issues in Letterkenny.
Councillor Jimmy Kavanagh says that while progress has been made on the flooding issue in the Glencar Road area, some residents are still experiencing flooding in their homes at times of heavy rainfall.
He says it’s vital the necessary work is carried out in the area in conjunction with planned road resurfacing works:
