The Foreign Affairs Minister is warning that even when the war in Ukraine ends, the price of fuel will still remain high.
It comes ahead of a meeting of EU energy ministers this Friday, when members are expected to agree to a cap on energy profits and a solidarity tax on fossil fuel providers.
