Average property price in Donegal rises €10,000

The Government’s failed housing policy is ‘driving house price inflation’ according to Sinn Fein’s Eoin O’Broin.

The comments follow a ‘MyHome.ie’ Report which show that house prices nationally rose by 6 per cent last year.

The average property price in Donegal has increased by €10,000 to €185,000 compared to this time last year.

There were 274 homes for sale in the county at the end of 2022.

Eoin O’Broin says unless the Government changes its policies on housing, the situation will continue to get worse:
