The HSA will today launch an inspection campaign targeting renewable energy installations including wind farm, solar farms and anaerobic digestion facilities.
As the Climate Action Plan target of up to 80% renewable electricity by 2030 is being delivered on, there will be continued growth in the industry across the country in coming years.
This is the first campaign of it’s kind to be carried out by the Authority due to a rapid growth in the renewable energy industry.
