PSNI in Derry & Strabane arrested 37 people on suspicion of drink or drug driving from December 1st until January 1st.
They now face a court appearance and the prospect of losing their licence.
PSNI again warn that driving under the influence increases the risk of a collision and urge the public to keep road safety a primary focus.
