Two hundred Irish UNIFIL troops have returned to Ireland following deployment in Lebanon.
The 124th Infantry Battalion landed in Dublin Airport shortly before 12 o’clock, to a crowd of family and friends.
The troops spent six months in South Lebanon on peacekeeping duties amid the growing conflict in the Middle East.
They’re home as part of a planned rotation.
