A pedestrian has been killed in a crash in County Kildare.
The collision, involving a car, happened in the Mylerstown area of Robertstown at about 5.25 this morning.
The pedestrian, a man in his 50s, died at the scene.
His body has been transferred to hospital for a post-mortem exam.
The road remains sealed off for a technical examination, and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
